| WEIGH-IN REGULATIONS FOR CONSECUTIVE DAYS OF COMPETITION (posted 1-7-10) Rule 4, Section 5, Article 5 of the NFHS Rules Book outlines weigh-in procedures for competition involving consecutive days. The CIF has reprinted the rule, the concerns and penalties (which will be voted on by the Federated Council this year). | Physician's Release for Wrestlers with skin lesions (posted 1-13-09) The National Federation of State High School State Associations' (NFHS) Sports Medicine Advisory Committee has developed a physician release form for wrestlers to participate with skin lesion(s). Per NFHS rule, the CIF mandates that this physician's release form be completed in order for those wrestlers to be able to compete.
